Do you have a minimum order/spend?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 2 dozen for each treat listed in our services page, unless purchasing one of our party packages. 

How do you handle allergies?

​

 We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While all of our products do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present. Due to the presence of these allergens, we recommend that you make SBC aware of any allergens you may have so we can ensure that none are present in your order.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. Refunds requested after product completion due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored. If you fail to pick up your order within the agreed upon date and time, you will not get a refund. If you choose to pick up at a later time after a no-show, you will need to pay an additional fee to receive your order. We cannot re-sell any product that is not picked up by the customer. Cancellations must be made within 4 business days of the event date in order to receive a partial refund. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded. Cancellations due to Covid-19 will not be refunded. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. All cancellations must be approved by the owner of Sweets by Cari. Cancellations via voicemail will not be honored.  Sweets by Cari reserves the right to make changes to these policies at any time and without notice.

Storage:

 

Cookies will remain fresh for up to 2 weeks in their heat sealed packaging when left at room temperature. DO NOT STORE THEM IN THE REFRIGERATOR. If you will be consuming them at a later date, the cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. To do so, leave them in their heat sealed packaging and store them in an air-tight container prior to putting them in the freezer. When ready to consume, remove the container from the freezer and allow the cookies to come to room temperature (at least 2 hours). It is extremely important that you do not open the container until it has reached room temperature, otherwise condensation will form and will ruin any decorative work on the cookies. ​

Do you ship?

Yes, we do ship. We also provide home deliveries locally in middle Tennessee (Nashville area) for an additional fee of $25 within 10 miles from SBC’s location. Fees are subject to change and all fees, including shipping fees, are in addition to the listed prices in our shop.

Do you have gluten-free and vegan products?

 

Our cupcakes, drop cookies & cake pops are gluten free. Unfortunately, our custom decorated cookies are not as the icing ingredients contain gluten. We do not do vegan products at this time.

What is your order policy? How far in advance do I need to place my order?

 

Orders must be placed either through our online shop, our Contact Us page, or via email at info@sweetsbycari.com. For custom orders, we ask that orders be placed at least 4 weeks from your event date. While we try to accommodate, orders placed less than this time frame will be subject to availability. Orders placed within 2 weeks of the event date will be subject to an additional service fee. Full payment is due at time order is placed and invoice is sent to the customer.​

Can Sweets by Cari help me with my corporate gifting order?
