Here's how ordering your custom cookies works!
1. Simply visit our Contact Us page and fill out our order form to the best of your ability. You won't be charged or obligated to order anything at this stage, we're just getting to know each other!
2. You can expect a response from us within 48 hours. In this response we will either confirm details and send an invoice to confirm your order, if you know what you want already, or if you would like to discuss your custom cookie order in detail, we will dedicate one hour to discuss your event treats completely, including colors, theme, style, design, and more.
3. Once you feel confident in the design, flavor, and packaging of your custom cookies, we will send an invoice that will state payment terms, along with details about pick up. Once paid, your order is confirmed!
4. We get to baking!
5. You pick up your custom cookies on the day/time agreed upon and enjoy!
**Please note: any request that is submitted within 2 weeks of the event date will automatically be charged an additional service fee, should the date be available.**

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes! Please note that we do have a 2 dozen minimum order for all custom cookies. If you are looking for fewer treats, our Paint Your Own or DIY cookies may be a perfect fit.
How much are custom cookies?
Custom cookies start at $8/cookie. Please note that we do have a 2 dozen minimum order and that any request that is submitted within 2 weeks of the event date will automatically be charged an additional service fee, should the date be available.
How do the cookies come packaged?
All orders may be packaged as party favors or placed on a platter for display, your choice!
Do you deliver or ship?
We are able to offer shipping or delivery options at this time for an additional fee, or your custom cookies can be picked up in Nashville, TN!
What if I want more than custom cookies for my event?
Then you may love our Treats or Party Packages! Or, if an interactive treat is more your style, you'll love our Paint Your Own and DIY custom cookies!
